1. What types of payment are accepted?
We currently accept payment via Visa and MasterCard.
We do not accept personal or electronic checks, cash on delivery (COD), Bitcoin, money orders, or wire transfers at this time.
2. How long do refunds take to process?
You should expect to see the credit appear on your billing statement in 3-7 business days – depending on your bank. Your refund has been deposited into your original method of payment.
3. Why my payment is higher than your selling price?
We process all orders in USD. If you use other currencies, please be noted that you will be charged more currency exchange rates.
