1. HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

2. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
On average, your items need 5 - 14 business day(s) to be produced. They will be packed and proceed to be shipped after that.
The actual shipping time and delivery date may vary depending on the local postal service in your area. Orders may arrive approximately 15 - 25 business day(s) after being shipped.
Due to the peak season, carrier services might need an additional 7-15 business days to ship out packages.

3. WHY THE ORDER TAKES SO LONG?
Our products are Print-On-Demand. This means the orders will be processed and produced as soon as you purchase. Customers can also require the customization items. Please contact us for further assistance.
4. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHY ARE MOST CLOTHES MADE IN CHINA?
We have factories in North America, the EU, and China. To deliver these products to customers worldwide, we need rapid advances in producing-related areas and convenient logistics.
We can ship worldwide, please do not worry about it.
5. HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER?
You can cancel/modify your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the orders are processed and can no longer be canceled or modified to avoid any delays.
6. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING
Tracking numbers can take 2-3 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier or contact us for further assistance.
7. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), please contact us for further assistance.
8. HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We offer returns valid for 30 days from the date of arrival. As such, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If 30 days have gone by since you’ve received the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your order is personalized, we also can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
9. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I BOUGHT ON SALE?
Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund.
